1. Sales Cloud Everywhere + Copilot

Find Prospects across the Web:  Salesforce has introduced a new Chrome extension that helps salespeople enhance their productivity when working with email and the web. It can be installed on any Chrome browser and linked to your Salesforce org. With the Salesforce Summer '24 Release, this feature has been improved. Now, salespeople can easily find matches for their accounts and reach out to leads and personal accounts while browsing the web. If these contacts don't already exist in the CRM system, they can be added with just a few clicks.

Personalized Fields: Users frequently request custom fields or pick-list values for customization. With Sales Cloud Everywhere, users can now self-serve and customize the fields that appear within their record view. On the record page, they can choose which fields to display and in what order, enabling them to sell more effectively when working across email and the web.

Einstein Copilot helper: Sales Cloud Everywhere now includes Einstein Copilot, bringing intelligence directly into the platform. This means you can access insights and intelligence on your CRM data from anywhere you work. In addition, sellers can use the Sales Cloud Everywhere Chrome extension to log emails and Gmail and leverage email logging capabilities with the Outlook add-in.

2. Prospecting Center

Single view across Customer 360: It's a new application that comes to the Sales Cloud which connects Data Cloud with unified data across the Customer 360 pulling in marketing and sales information. Gives a unified view of all of the prospects.

Identify & prioritize top accounts: While using Prospecting Center, user can identify and prioritize top accounts as a seller and work with the target prospects within those accounts, using segmentation and scores that help reach out to the best prospects.

Filter your accounts using "Segment Filter".

 

Activate prospects for engagement: Then those prospects can be added to a cadence for follow-up, as well as when the user login on the seller's home, which has all of those other amazing enhancements. Shows which those top accounts are and engage with them based on their engagement score.

By choosing a customer user can choose a prospect to follow up on using the panels that open after choosing a customer.
