We may collect and store the following information:

  • Information received via Contact Me form – Name, Last Name, business email, phone.
  • Information received via Siebel UX updates form - Name, Last Name, business email.
  • Information received via Job Application form – Name, Last Name, email, LinkedIn Profile, phone, and all information contained in your CV file attached.
  • Information received by registering for Maxdone Application – Name, Last Name, e-mail.
  • Information received by registering users for Debessmann hosted services – Name, Last Name, e-mail.
  • Technical data, which may include URL information, cookie data, your IP address.


Occasionally we might access:

  • Any kind of information provided in the content of Debessmann monitoring system to track specific Customer’s request (incident management).


How we use the information we collect

Consistent with the permissions you give us to collect the information, we may use the information we collect, including your personal information:

  • to enable the personalization of your access to the system
  • to provide, personalise, and improve your experience with the service and products;
  • to prepare commercial offers or respond to your enquiries;

How long we keep your data

We will retain personal information, customer and business information for as long as it is needed to:

  • provide services that you or your organization have requested.
  • communicate with you about a request you have submitted to us.

In addition, we will store commercial related information according to national law on document storing for accounting and legal purpose

Pursuant to information obtained via Job Application form, we will store it up to 1 year, unless you have specifically mentioned to delete it earlier. Minimum legitimate term for storing recruitment information is 6 months.

Pursuant to information obtained via Contact Me form, we will store your data for 6 month, unless you have specifically mentioned to delete it earlier.


Transfer and Sharing of data

Ideaport Riga transfers, processes and stores information about its users on servers located in EEA (European Economic Area).

Ideaport Riga do not sell your personal information or in any other way exchange or share your personal information with third parties unless such duty arises from request of governmental authorities and applicable law.

Only designated and duly authorized Ideaport Riga employees can access the data using their ID and personal password in specific systems. Ideaport Riga process your data diligently, professionally and in accordance with good processing practice.
