Prudentia is a leading corporate finance company in the Baltic States. Last year we have geographically expanded our operations, that, in turn, significantly increased amount of valuable data and connections. We decide to take the next step in digitalizing our knowledge base, sales and marketing activities using the HubSpot platform. Kudos to Juris and Natalja from Ideaport who have helped us on this journey. Ideaport quickly understood our deal management process and seamlessly implemented it using HubSpot Sales Hub. They pinpointed the areas where our productivity losses were biggest and, to a large extent, solved them with HubSpot automation. Finally, Ideaport integrated HubSpot with the local company register using APIs. Before storing data in HubSpot, the integration logic also performs extra calculations, making it easy for us to identify, target and score the right prospects directly via HubSpot.
