About the Project:
Our client is a leading international bank with a focus on wealth management. The project aims to enhance and expand an existing Financial Services Cloud application by introducing new functionalities and integrations. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-impact solution in the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions to align with business needs.
Configure Salesforce products and out-of-the-box (OOB) features to maximize efficiency.
Customize and automate processes using declarative tools such as Flows
Extend Salesforce capabilities with scale- and performance-proof Apex, using the Salesforce DX toolset and best practices.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming).
Ensure robust Salesforce data security through effective use of permission sets, roles, sharing settings,
Apply DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and automated deployments.
Requirements:
Customize and automate processes using declarative tools such as OmniScripts, and App Builder.
Extend Salesforce capabilities with scale- and performance-proof Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Ensure robust Salesforce data security through effective use of Salesforce Shield features such as Event Monitoring, Field Audit Trail, and Platform Encryption.
Proven experience in Salesforce development, including hands-on experience with Apex and API integrations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, automation, customization/extension best practices.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries/Omnistudio is highly desirable.
Full professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II) are a plus.
Willingness to mentor junior developers and promote best practices in Salesforce development.
Openness to learning and collaborating across different areas of the Salesforce ecosystem.
Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions is a plus.
