Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the development and implementation of large-scale information systems.
Deliver projects successfully, including CRM systems, while staying on time, within budget, and meeting scope.
Lead cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
Apply best practices in project management, following internationally recognized methodologies.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 3 years of practical experience with medium to large CRM implementation projects as a Project Manager.
Education: Higher education in Information Technology or Management.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Latvian and English at C1 level or higher.
Certifications: Hold a recognized project management certification (SCRUM, Prince2, PMP, or equivalent).
